Bits and PCs guarantees you receive the full price we quote for your computer or gadget, provided it meets the specification submitted and our Terms & Conditions.
Once we receive your computer or gadget, if we find any technical issues, faults or feel they do not meet our Terms and Conditions and the valuation of your device needs to be amended, we will provide via email an assessment report with the new revised valuation and await your approval. If you are not happy with the new valuation you are welcome to request the computer or gadget sent back to at no expense to you.
