Once we have agreed a price for your items, you will be asked to carefully and securely package your parcel so as no damage is caused in transit (Packaging guidelines). You will then be asked to pick a day that is convenient for us to send a courier to collect the parcel. We will email you a mailing label for you to print and to attach to the parcel.
Couriers collect between 9am and 5.30pm, and we can arrange the pickup to be from your home or work.
Alternatively, we can send you a label and you can drop it off at any local Post Office, where they will issue you with a receipt.
If there is a discepency between the description of the device listed in the submitted form and the actual device received, or we find a technical fault in the device we would then email you a report with an assessment summary of the device and an updated valuation. If you are not happy with this valuation, we will send you the device back for free.
