Please note, a collection is only confirmed and booked once you receive the label. If you have not received the label within 2 days of the collection date please contact us.
What Happens Now?
You will receive an email confirmation with details of your quote, requested date of collection and collection address. This will be followed up by another email with your FREE prepaid shipping label. Simply print the label and attach to the parcel and the courier will come and collect. Please note that your collection date is only confirmed once you have received the shipping label.
How do I prepare the computer for collection?
The computer or laptop has to be in a box with padding to ensure a safe delivery. Please follow our packaging guide here.
When will the courier collect?
Collections are carried out on your selected date between 9am and 5pm.
Can I change the date or change to Post Office Drop Off?
Yes, but we would need to be notified by either email or phone call at least 1 working weekday before so we can send the replacement label.
When will the parcel be delivered
We use a next day delivery service so if there are no issues with courier we receive your parcel the next working weekday. Tracking information is included on the label, and you will be sent a confirmation by Bits & PCs that the computer has arrived with a reference number and you can track the progress of the assessment here.
How long does it take to process?
You will routinely receive a report within 1 working day of Bits & PCs receiving the computer.
How is payment made and how long does it take?
Payments are made within 1 working day of receiving payment details, and are mostly instant using BACS service. We also offer a PayPal payment service, but PayPal will charge you a fee for receiving money.
